Elizabeth is a warm, empathetic associate counselor who seeks to bring value to her clients’ lives by building a trusting, therapeutic relationship. She believes in collaborating to address life’s difficulties by utilizing client values and strengths. She works from a variety of theoretical orientations including person-centered therapy, art therapy, trauma focused therapy, DBT, and mindfulness based practices. She enjoys working with individuals who are seeking therapy to expand their self awareness, create meaning in their lives and explore their relationship with themselves and others. She utilizes sessions to explore and understand the client’s emotional responses, core beliefs and strengthen their resilience. Elizabeth is supervised by Chelsea Reid, LMFT.
