JESSICA SALAMON, AMFT

Therapist

Jessica (she/her) is a compassionate and experienced therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from somatic, holistic, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies to meet each client’s unique needs.
Jessica creates a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. With children and teens, she uses humor, media, and play therapy to build connection and trust, while helping young clients develop emotional regulation skills and improve communication with family. She is especially passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity, self-esteem, and major life transitions.

Jessica is trained in trauma-informed care and brings a systemic lens to her work, helping clients heal from anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and intergenerational trauma. In her work with couples, she incorporates the Gottman Method to improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and support growth through life’s challenges.
Jessica is committed to creating a collaborative, affirming environment where healing and transformation can take root. Jessica is supervised by Chelsea Reid, LMFT.
