EMILY SHEFER, AMFT
Emily (she/her/hers) is an empathic therapist who uses her sensitivity to form a connection with clients and help them to access their emotional depths. Because she doesn’t believe in one size fits all therapy, Emily also utilizes tools from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Family Systems to best serve the needs of her clients. Through her time working in community counseling, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice, Emily has worked with those challenged
